Stow-Munroe Falls High School
Construction Resources has served Stow-Munroe Falls City Schools since 2017 and has analyzed, designed, and administered multiple projects yearly. We have completed five projects this year for the schools, three of which were roof projects, one was a masonry repair/waterproofing project, and one was replacing a pedestrian bridge with new entrance doors and aluminum railings. Three different roofing contractors, working simultaneously, completed the roofing projects. CRI analyzed, designed, and was on-site full-time for quality observation and contract administration. The projects incorporated multiple roof designs for varying needs, including masonry repairs, siding installation, louver installation, new smoke hatches, and much more. The projects totaled $3,246,118, more than 10% below the project estimates. All projects were completed on time and carried 5-year Contractor guarantees and 20-year Manufacturer guarantees. The projects were designed and bid early enough to deal with supply chain problems to allow deadlines to be met.
