CRI reviews contractor product submittals to check what the contractor is purchasing for installation on the client's building and ensure the products being purchased are what the contract stipulates.

Our field observers are engaged either part-time or full-time to contractor daily work, creating daily reports and daily photo diaries for the client, which enables the building owner to stay updated on the construction progress.

After completing the project, we perform a punch list and final audits to conduct more checks on contractor work and contract compliance. These audits help us ensure that all aspects of the project adhere to contract requirements between client and contractor, resulting in good repair/restoration quality.
