St. Vincent Medical Center

We have analyzed and designed multiple projects with St. Vincent Charity Medical Center and have been proud to help them develop successful solutions each time. Recently, they contacted us regarding repairs of the exterior precast panels on their 1966 tower. These concrete panels have started to fail at the anchorage points, causing possible safety concerns. CRI designed remedial attachments for the panels for safety. The panels will then have deteriorated concrete replaced, the concrete cleaned, and the Hospital will choose a colored breathable coating that will be applied to the precast concrete to modernize the appearance of the façade. The project was a success for St. Vincent, and we look forward to working with them for years to come.
