At Construction Resources, we take pride in our in-depth knowledge and expertise in analyzing and improving building structures. Recently, our team conducted a Building Exterior Forensic Analysis of the original 1966 Timken headquarter building. After the analysis, we discovered that Masonry façade repairs with new wall flashings were needed. Further, the original single-pane curtain walls needed to be replaced with new thermally-broken curtain walls and new engineered glass to reduce heat and UV transmission through the glazing units.

 Construction Resources designed the exterior envelope replacement and repair scopes of work. We also assisted Timken with contract administration and field observation of the contractor’s work. The project was successful for the Timken Company.
