Westerville Community Center Roof Project

CRI designed and assisted the City in bidding and awarding this roof replacement project over the leisure pool and mechanical/pump rooms. The mechanical pump roof had a post-tension concrete plank deck, which required a roof that did not anchor to the deck system. The leisure pool also was designed without fasteners so that corrosion of the fasteners from the pool environment did not need to be a concern for the City.

"They have shown nothing but the most support for our agency through this project and expect this will continue through project construction for the best possible outcome of the project. we expect to work with C.R.I. on future projects and expect they will be just as supportive and professional with those opportunities as they have been thus far."
