City of Fairview Park

We have served the City of Fairview Park for several years and are still working with the city to develop successful solutions to complex problems. One project was to analyze why shingles were blowing off the Senior Center roof, which the cause was determined to be a warm roof during colder exterior temperatures. The City chose a metal roof for the new roof system. CRI designed the new one with vapor-retarder insulation to keep the roof at an ambient temperature and a double-locking standing-seam metal roof with all new accessories. The ice damming and leak problems have disappeared, and the City is delighted with the unique appearance of the new roof.

“Their technical expertise, attention to detail, and their ability to provide clear, concise recommendations allowing elected decision makers to fully understand the complex issues at hand are unmatched.”

“ I give CRI my highest recommendation and encourage any organization that is considering a building envelop project to engage CRI. ”
