Lorain County MetroParks
Lorain Metroparks contacted Construction Resources on two separate engagements to analyze and design the exterior envelope repair and replacement for their two natatoriums. Through our Building Exterior Forensic Analysis, we discovered that Both natatoriums had condensation problems in the exterior walls and roof systems, and both needed full restoration designs of the envelopes. Construction Resources designed a plan to mitigate these issues and further assisted the Client with contract administration and field observation of the contractor’s work. Both of these projects solved the wintertime condensation issues with the building envelope and have been successful for the Client. We hope to continue working with Lorain County Metroparks in the future.
